Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Canadian Shipping We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories via trusted carriers including Canada Post and UPS.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $16.00 CAD
- Free Shipping on Canadian orders over $145.00 CAD
Most packages are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.
Local Pickup If you're located nearby, we offer a convenient local pickup option — just select it at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
United States Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are fulfilled from Canada and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: $22.00 USD
Please note that US orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Mainerz Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
