Mainerz Boutique Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, eligible Canadian online orders are refunded to your original form of payment, while in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only. Please review the guidelines below.
Timeframe for Returns Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Condition of Items All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Exclusions
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and accessories are non-returnable.
Return Process for Online Orders:
- By mail: Email info@mainerz.ca to receive return instructions before shipping anything back.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–8 business days. The refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Return Process for In-Store Purchases:
Bring your item(s) and original receipt or proof of purchase to Mainerz Boutique (1165 Mainstreet, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0). In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only.
Shipping Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
US Returns All sales to US customers are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped to the United States.
Final Decision All returns are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet the above conditions.
