Mainerz Boutique Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your clothing, we offer store credit for eligible returns under the following guidelines:

Returns for Store Credit Only:

• Timeframe for Returns:
• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition of Items:
• All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
• Exclusions:
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards and accessories are non-returnable.

Return Process:

1. Visit the Store or Contact Us: Bring your item(s) along with the original receipt or proof of purchase to the store. Alternatively, contact our team (info@mainerz.ca) for assistance.
2. Store Credit Issued: Upon approval, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser. The store credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases at Mainerz Boutique.

Shipping Returns (if applicable):

• If you are returning items by mail, please reach out to customer service for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
